Our friends at 451 Research are conducting an end user DCIM survey
This is a survey for end users of a commercially available datacenter infrastructure management (DCIM) system. The goal of this research is to better understand the end-user experience of DCIM software, including benefits, challenges and return on investment. (If you are a DCIM supplier and you’d like to see the questions we ask, please contact us to request a copy of the survey. Please do not complete the survey.)
We welcome your participation if you are currently using a DCIM product or if you have been or will be involved in the evaluation and deployment process for a DCIM system. If you know someone who would be a good candidate for this survey (e.g., a coworker, peer or client), please send us a note with the contact information – we’ll contact them under separate cover to invite them to participate. Please do not forward your invitation.
We’d be happy to send you a report on the findings as a token of our appreciation for your help. We’ll provide instructions on how to request a report at the end of the survey.
We appreciate your honest feedback. We do not ask you to identify your DCIM supplier(s) in this survey. The information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with a third party. Your responses will be treated as anonymous and used for aggregated findings only by 451 Research.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You can save the survey and return to it at a later date if necessary; simply follow the instructions at the top of each survey page to save and return later.
